Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your
package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim
must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received
(as long as the items are unused). If you are returning a package please
use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include
your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason
for return.
Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. NO CASH

Aromatherapy is not intended to replace medical care under the direct
supervision of a qualified physician.
Because they are handmade, there is no guarantee that any two items
would be exactly alike, and may change color with time.

Glycerin Soap can melt when exposed to direct sunlight or left sitting
in water.

if the address of the card holder (as provided to us by the approval agency)
is not the same as the address of the destination of the shipment.
